Dog friendly holidays
« on: January 22, 2012, 16:26:47 PM »
I haven't been but someone recommended them to me. They website looks fab and if it's an outdoor holiday with the dogs you're after it looks perfect.

I have a lodge on Lydstep Beach in Tenby and a few people rent out their caravans and allow dogs!

You'll find a few on the website above.  My friend takes his dog and has stayed in 607 and 424 and was very impressed :)

Maggie, I have a campervan & am a member of the Caravan Club, their sites are lovely.  We were in Edinburgh Caravan Club site last year when a couple walked past us with a parrot on his shoulder 2 dogs & a rabbit on a lead  :o they had quite a following.  There's no restriction on the number of animals.  There's a lovely site in Cirencester (Cotswolds) which is on the edge of the Bathurst Estate, fab walking & Cirencester has lovely dog friendly pubs with log fires.  What more could you want!

  Hi Dizzy,

Freshwater East is a fabulous site, walking distance to a clean beach, we spent a couple of days there last year and intend to go back this year

Miles and miles of coastal walks, quite steep, but if you like walking it's beautiful.

No restrictions on dogs, we took 3
