I don't suppose you do a coconut cake?  My mum's always burbling on about how my gran used to make them and I have tried but apparently it wasn't up to scratch  ::)

I have made a few coconut cakes, can you describe it and I will see if I have a recipe :) My fav are Australian Lamingtons, squares of sponge covered in jam then rolled in coconut  :clap:

Yes, I do take photos of my food. I admit it.

Many of the members are my old friends from the original Nigella.com site which had a forum, nice people, many I have known for 6 years or so :) Anna runs the group, if your friends are interested in joining tell them to mention my name as Anna is weary of strangers ;) But once a member everyone is welcome and lots of new people have joined over time!
