sorry Dawn - didnt mean to put you off! I went to UWCN and they were very disorganised -hopefully your uni will be more organised and supportive  :) - i was a single mum in the 1st year - but then Alun moved in in year 2  :) - i struggled in year two with the long hours of the placement and lack of childcare - should be at Paws4Tea - i'll tell you more then  :) - dont go worrying about it though as lots of people do make it through  :)

Now Ladies you have both just hi the nail on the head as to why I won't do more study  :hide:

This to one side the Dress idea is great. Do Welsh schools hold proms for their 16yr olds? If so is a market to exploit and spread the Four Paws word. Newpaper headlines 'School girls do their bit to save Poundies whilst glamming up for the Prom'
A house without either a cat or a dog is too clean and quiet.

I'm going to start collecting gowns at paws4tea Lakeside from all you super generous FP'ers.  Have made up the first draft of flyers to distribute at paws4tea to get an idea of interest and response.  As soon as I get the go ahead from the trustees I can start selling  :woohoo:
I really hope this works out for FP.

PS:  I'm still waiting for someone or two to volunteer to share responsibility on gowns4paws  :tumble:
Lovely gowns4paws person would possibly need to do some of this stuff ....... attend wedding fayres, call into wedding/dress shops and popular wedding venues to leave our flyers and ask nicely for unwanted sample gowns, collect donated gowns, make flyers and promote gowns4paws in schools, colleges, media etc. Sell dresses on ebay/web site, answer buyers questions, manage simple accounts, seek free advertising space in wedding magazines and list sales in the free papers and not let their doggies eat the merchandise.... Basically it should be like running a tiny little business ;D xxx

Dawnieeee could we have an update on this please?

Would it be an option to put what we have on Ebay?  We could set it up so that 100% of the purchase price comes to us as a charitable donation which would simplify things.
