obviously cutting down on fatty and sugary foods and NO FRYING ALLOWED!!!

Well that's no fun is it!! :narnar:

a tip for fried eggs... use spray oil, then add a bit of boiled water, then put a lid over the top. That way you steam the top of the egg, keep the yoke runny and don't have to turn it over...
a top for home made chips/ wesges ... either use a tbsp of oil and shake chips in a bag before putting in the oven, or just use spray oil. We had some nice wedges the other day just using spray oil, fresh rosemary and pepper x

I use spray oil for everything, its great.

Don't eat eggs, I'm vegan, which in theory should mean I'm thin and healthy, but I like vegan baking too much! Mmm, cake.

Can i admit to being absolutely rubbish at poaching eggs... malted milk and gingernut biscuits are only 1 point, so i've got aaron to get some of those in... if i'm going to have a biscuit might as well be a good one...

I always work chocolate, crisps, cake etc into the diet as otherwise I know I'll splurge out...

Maybe if we just ate chocolate, crisps and biscuits but skipped breakfast, lunch and dinner, then we'd lose loads of weight?  :legit:

could we add "Lady" a little bit poddgy "Grace" to the slimathon ......... mrs vet told me shes a little bit of a piggy

her current weight is 25.7 kg and her ideal weight should be 21.8 kg

if we think it's a good idea and any more I can't give in to those soft brown eyes owners want to enter their poddgy pooch maybe we could run a doggie slimathon in conjunction with this one  ;D

we could run it a bit like the photo comp with a before and after picture and charge a £ 1 to enter  ;D

I'm definately up for the ditching meals and just eating choc! I think a doggy slimathon is a good idea too.

OK, my start weight is 11st 10lb. It was 11st 8lb this morning but oh insisted in checking I wasn't lying to get more money and it went up (I only had pasta and half a box of lindor for tea!  )!!! That'll teach him!  My target is 11st so 10lb's.

I was home alone today and still had chocs left so goodness starts tomorrow! I did discover that I've lost weight over christmas though. No idea how that happened  Must be muscle turned to fat or something like that cos I'm sure I'm bigger.
I love my dogs more than chocolate!

Weighed myself this morning. Still 12st 7lb but to be honest not suprised. There has been lots of goodies in the house that I have been nibbling on . They are all gone now so let the diet begin.
