Its raining, windy and cold .... not what we wanted for today  >:(  Oh well, hopefully it'll be a good day anyway.

I suppose the sun is shining on the other side of the Bridge  ::)  ;D

I think there's a micro weather system over you Julie  ;D  :narnar:

It was freezing at the show, and for a lot of the day it was raining as well.  Really enjoyable day, lovely seeing everyone but there weren't anywhere near as many people as expected there due to the weather so I'm not sure what the total will look like.  I had a couple of good chats with people about fostering/adoption, one particularly sounded hopeful.

Just waiting for Matt & Pez to drop in for a cuppa before they drive back - I bet they're lost, I'm expecting the call any minute now  :laffatu:

I always say we have our own little micro climate here  ;) Mum and dad have had it sunny out front of their house and raining out back  :o It was cold here too but other than one shower has remained dry but with a cool wind. Pauline's 15 mins away and I've gone there and had to put a sweater on while it was warm at mine. I've even walked over the motorway bridge between Radyr and Morganstown going from dry to wet .. really weird weather conditions round here

As Fran says, it was cold, wet and windy for most of the day  :(  I would say at least half of the exhibitors didn't bother to turn up and I think we only had about a quarter of the crowd we would normally get.  Such a shame, but no accounting for the British weather.

In spite of this, we raised £133.11.

Never mind.  Perhaps next year?
