Hi  Just looked at this post. I got Sterling neutered last week and didn't fill in a neutering form  Didn't know I was suppost to sorry. |

Hi Just looked at this post. I got Sterling neutered last week and didn't fill in a neutering form Didn't know I was suppost to sorry. I think that is only for adoptees who have got the dog neutered after it has left our care, e.g a puppy. Jo will correct me if i'm wrong. |

Its a form we give out to someone adopting a dog (mainly puppy) that's not neutered. Once they get the puppy neutered at 6 months their vets have to sign them and they send them back to us. If foster carer has forgot to give them out Fran will send them a copy x

Its good if fosterers can give adopters one of these forms when adoption forms are signed, but it doesn't matter too much if not as I do email one if needed when I've done the follow up call. |
