Three go down to the beach
« on: October 30, 2014, 01:56:30 AM »
I took part of a day off this week and took 3 of the dogs to the beach (easier for 3 on train not all 5 :o )  Weather wasn't brilliant but at least it was dry & who cares - am trying to make most of being with Roobs as she most likely won't have long - who knows, but the tumor is bigger and slowly starting to affect her but she's happy enough

Oh Penny - they all look great. What fab pictures. It's wonderful to see that Ruby can still produce the happy face ... and mean it.  Odd that we both ended up with blind dogs with more courage (and impertinence) in their little paws than most dogs have in the whole of their furry bodies.  I think you are enjoying the 'borrowed time' with Roobs as much as I am with Cassie. I wonder if they would still know each other after all this time? As I recall, Ruby was quite keen on putting her stroppy foster-sister in her place and I don't imagine much would have changed, sight or no sight.  Love to all of you.
